1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DailyTravels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18+ years old

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account confidentiality

3. Booking & Fares

  • Fare estimates are shown before booking.

  • Final fare may vary due to distance, time, tolls, and waiting charges.

  • Payment via cash or online modes.

  • Pricing may change without prior notice.

4. Driver Responsibility

  • Drivers are independent partners.

  • DailyTravels verifies documents but is not responsible for driver conduct.

5. Passenger Responsibility

  • Provide correct pickup and drop details.

  • Treat drivers respectfully.

  • No illegal items allowed.

  • Follow Indian laws.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges may apply.

  • Charges depend on the timing of cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

DailyTravels is a technology platform only. We are not responsible for:

  • Traffic delays

  • Personal belongings lost

  • Driver misconduct

  • Accidents beyond our control

8. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Fraud

  • Misuse

  • Abuse

  • Terms violation

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. RTO & చట్టపరమైన నిబంధనలు (Legal & RTO Compliance)

RTO నియమ నిబంధనలు, చట్టపరమైన ఆంక్షలు, నోటీసులు, ఫైన్లు/పెనాల్టీలు, అలాగే వాహనం పరిమితులు (Yellow Board / White Board) కి సంబంధించిన ఎటువంటి సమస్యలకు Dailytravels యాజమాన్యానికి ఎటువంటి సంబంధం ఉండదు.

2. ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు & ఇతర సమస్యలు (Unforeseen Events)

ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు (వరదలు, తుఫానులు మొదలైనవి) లేదా ఇతర ఊహించని పరిణామాల వల్ల ప్రయాణానికి అంతరాయం కలిగితే Dailytravels కంపెనీ నుండి ఎలాంటి సహాయక చర్యలు లేదా ఆర్థిక పరిహారాలు వర్తించవు.

3. ప్రమాదాలు & నష్టపరిహారం (Accidents & Liability)

ప్రయాణ సమయంలో ఏదైనా ప్రమాదం (Accident) సంభవిస్తే... వాహనానికి, డ్రైవర్‌కు లేదా ప్రయాణికులకు (Passengers) ఎటువంటి శారీరక లేదా మానసిక నష్టం వాటిల్లినా Dailytravels యాజమాన్యం ఎటువంటి బాధ్యత వహించదు.

4. లగేజ్ & వస్తువుల భద్రత (Luggage Responsibility)

ప్రయాణంలో ప్రయాణికుల లేదా డ్రైవర్ యొక్క లగేజ్/వస్తువులు పోయినా, దొంగతనానికి గురైనా లేదా పాడైపోయినా దానికి పూర్తిగా ప్రయాణికులు/డ్రైవర్లే బాధ్యులు. Dailytravels ఎటువంటి బాధ్యత తీసుకోదు.

5. ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్ పరిమితి (Platform Role)

Dailytravels యాజమాన్యం కేవలం ప్రయాణికులకు (Passengers) మరియు డ్రైవర్లకు (Drivers) మధ్య అనుసంధానం (Communication) ఏర్పరచడానికి మాత్రమే ఈ యాప్‌ను అందించింది. కావున ప్రయాణ సర్వీసుకు సంబంధించిన ఎటువంటి ప్రత్యక్ష లేదా పరోక్ష బాధ్యతలను Dailytravels Team స్వీకరించదు.

Dailytravels - Disclaimer (English)

1. Legal & RTO Compliance

Dailytravels management has no association with or responsibility for any RTO rules and regulations, legal restrictions, notices, fines/penalties, or vehicle category compliance issues (such as Yellow Board / White Board vehicle usage).

2. Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Events

In the event of travel disruptions caused by natural disasters (floods, cyclones, etc.) or any other unforeseen circumstances, Dailytravels company will not provide any assistance, relief, or financial compensation.

3. Accidents & Compensation Liability

If an accident occurs during travel, Dailytravels management bears no liability or responsibility for any physical, mental, or material damage/injury caused to the vehicle, driver, or passengers.

4. Luggage & Belongings Safety

Passengers and drivers are solely responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Dailytravels accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the journey.

5. Platform Scope & Limitation

Dailytravels provides this platform solely to facilitate communication and connection between passengers and drivers. Consequently, the Dailytravels team assumes no direct or indirect liabilities regarding the transportation service itself.
